1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PinoX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

PinoX is an enterprise HR management platform providing tools for employee management, leave tracking, expense management, advance management, inventory tracking, HR analytics, and related workforce operations hosted on enterprise cloud infrastructure.

You agree not to upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, use the platform for unlawful purposes, interfere with platform functionality, or misrepresent your identity.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform is owned by PinoX and CALIGO. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for internal HR use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PinoX and CALIGO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
