What's coming in PinoX Phase 2 — integrations & workforce

Phase 1 established the foundation — 12 core HR modules covering the full employee lifecycle, all live in production. Phase 2 takes the platform outward: connecting PinoX to the tools your organization already uses, and expanding into workforce management and recruitment.

What's coming in Phase 2

Phase 2 modules

  • Outlook Sync — calendar events, leave, and meetings reflected in Outlook automatically
  • Payroll Export — structured payroll data export for external payroll providers
  • Workforce Management — resource planning, shift management, capacity overview
  • Attendance & Time Tracking — clock-in/out, overtime, shift scheduling
  • Contract Management — auto-generated contracts, e-signatures, renewal alerts
  • Applicant Tracking System — recruitment pipeline, candidate management, onboarding
  • Azure AD / Entra ID — single sign-on for Microsoft-first organizations

Why integrations come before new modules

One of the most common pieces of feedback we received after Phase 1 launch was simple: "Can it talk to Outlook?" and "Can we export payroll data?" These aren't glamorous features — but they're the ones that determine whether a platform fits into an existing organization's workflow or fights against it.

Outlook Sync means HR Calendar events appear where people already spend their time. Payroll Export means finance teams don't have to manually rekey data. These integrations reduce friction for everyone without adding complexity.

Workforce management — a new layer

Workforce Management and Attendance & Time Tracking represent a meaningful expansion of PinoX's scope — moving beyond record-keeping and approvals into active workforce planning. Who's scheduled for which shift? Is the engineering team over-capacity next quarter? These are questions PinoX Phase 2 will be able to answer.

Contract Management & ATS

Contract Management brings employment contracts into the same system as everything else. Templates, digital signatures, version control, and renewal tracking — no more emailing PDFs back and forth.

The Applicant Tracking System closes the loop on the employee lifecycle. From job posting to offer letter to onboarding, the recruitment pipeline connects directly to Employee Management — so a hired candidate becomes an employee record without any manual data entry.
